Guest can fly out of BWI, Dulles, Philly (PHL), New York (JFK), Newark (EWR). these maybe the easiest places to fly from. As far as direct flights into Rhodes there are not many. you may have 1 or 2 connecting flights depending on the airport your flying out of and airline you choose. Please plan accordingly give yourself enough time in between your connecting flights to make the transition as stress free as possible and to also ensure your luggages make it onto your next flight. Also if anyone ends up on an Aegean Airways flight to connect you to Rhodes, do not let them check your carry on bag. They will tell you that the flight is at full capacity and the over head cabins are full. Its total BS to just get EXTRA money.

For anyone on a budget and not worried about where they stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My mother and I stayed here for 3 days. it has access to a nice sandy beach, its all inclusive (the food is okay) its next to the Lindos Princess Hotel (one I listed above), also less than a block from George Rent a Car, 5 minutes to ceremony, and venue.
