When should I RSVP by?

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Please indicate through the RSVP by July 7th, 2026 if you are unfortunately unable to make it to our wedding day.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 2:45 pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire to our wedding day.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be in the secret meadow at the venue which is outdoors in a treed area. Followed by the cocktail hour at the red barn which will be mainly outdoors as well. The reception and dinner will be held inside the white tent. All locations are on the property of the Country Acres wedding venue.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Country Acres Weddings & Events is located 2kms south of Mclean across highway #1. The full address is SW 7, 18, 15 W2nd, Mclean, SK S0G 3E0. Directions are available only on Google Maps (not Apple maps).

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available on site at the wedding. On arrival, staff will direct you where to park.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children and respectfully request an adults only event. Due to limited space at our venue we kindly ask that you do not bring a guest unless your invite specifically indicates a plus one. Thank you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony so please refrain from taking pictures or videos at our ceremony and be in the moment with us. Our photographer & videographer will be working hard to capture these photos for us!

Transportation?

Answer

Skyline Limousines will be providing shuttle services every hour from the wedding venue back to Regina starting @ 10:00pm. The drop off location will be the Sandman Hotel & Suites Regina. Non-electric camping is also available for guests at the wedding venue. Campers can be brought to the venue as early as Friday evening or Saturday no later than 12:00pm.
