Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan, with an outdoor reception to follow at Moore Ranch on the Brazos in Navasota. December weather in Texas can be unpredictable! For comfort, we recommend dressing in layers and checking the forecast closer to the date. We'll be ready to celebrate with you, whatever the weather brings!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal cocktail attire/ Western elegance, if that suits your style! Boots are encouraged! The reception will be outdoors in grass, so ladies consider this when choosing your shoes! For the guys, suits or starched jeans with boots and a sportscoat is great. And break out those cowboy hats while you're at it!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is November 1st.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive no later than 1:45 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly.

When does cocktail hour start?

Answer

Join us for cocktail hour at Moore Ranch around 4:00! After our ceremony, guests are welcome to check into hotels during this time or travel straight to the reception! Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the drive from St. Joseph Church to Moore Ranch. Drinks and light bites will be served.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we'll have an open bar! If you're drinking, please arrange safe transportation ahead of time. Ubers are not reliable once you are in Navasota. Also, you can leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up the next morning between 10am-12pm.

Where will I park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at both our ceremony and reception!

What if I no longer can make it?

Answer

If your plans have changed after you have RSVP'd YES, simply change your response to NO, or text us to let us know. We understand life happens! We will miss you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. Thank you for understanding!

Are there transportation services?

Answer

We aren't providing transportation services to and from the reception. If this is a concern, I recommend scheduling an Uber in advanced to pick you up from Moore Ranch around 9:45 pm. It is difficult to get Ubers once you are in Navasota.

What time will the ceremony end?

Answer

The reception will end around 9:30 PM with a final send-off outside the reception hall.

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

BBQ buffet with turkey, brisket, sausage, mac n cheese, potatoes and green beans.
