Official invitations will be sent out early November via email.
Please RSVP by Sunday, January 11th, 2026 (1/11/26) so we can finalize headcounts, travel plans, and all the little details that make the weekend amazing. We really appreciate your timely response! Once you have received the emailed invitation in early November, head to the RSVP tab on this website, enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation, and follow the prompts. It only takes a minute! If your plans change after you RSVP, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We know life happens so just keep us posted!
Please check your invitation. If your RSVP includes a guest, we’d love for them to join the celebration! If not, please do not invite another guest. Anyone who has not been invited will be asked to leave.
We really love your little ones but for this special weekend, we kindly request that you leave the kids at home and join us for an adults-only celebration. It’ll be a chance to let loose, raise a glass, and party like grown-ups. We promise they'll forgive you when they see the dance moves you bring back. Imagine for just a little while...no diapers, iPads or cartoons.
If you would prefer to stay where the ceremony and reception will take place, we recommend staying at the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve. We have shared the link in the travel section. If you would prefer staying in the heart of Panama City, we recommend viewing the hotels listed in the travel section.
If you'd like all-inclusive options, please reach out directly to the resort.
Fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City — it’s the closest major airport. From there, it’s about 20 minutes to Panama City and about 45-60 minute drive to Gamboa. Take note that there are two terminals at this airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2), each having its own Immigration and Customs Entry. Be sure you know which terminal you arrive at and depart from as this is important for where you'll be retrieving your luggage and departure gate destination. There is a free shuttle bus that can take you from one terminal to the other, just in case you need to change terminals. There is also a Metro train service that can take you from the airport and into the city center.
YES!!! ALL travelers need a valid passport to enter Panama. Make sure yours isn’t expired! If yours is about to expire, go ahead and renew it now. Panama requires that your passport be be in good standing with more than 6 months remaining before it expires.
NO! We highly recommend that you DO NOT rent a car. Uber and private shuttles are much more affordable, safe, and stress-free. We’ll include transportation suggestions in the Travel section. Lyft is not available in Panama. Please also avoid the yellow taxis you'll see at the airport and around the city. They are known for charging local and tourist rates and are NOT metered taxis. When in doubt, call an Uber.
Google Maps is used a lot in Panama. Apple Maps is very incomplete and not recommended. Be sure to confirm with your USA mobile service provider accessibility to the internet while traveling internationally. WhatsApp is also the prevailing texting and communication app in the country. You will need to use it to reach out to any services used within Panamá. Have it preloaded on your mobile devices especially on your phone, before arriving.
No need to worry about doing currency exchanges. The U.S. dollar is the currency in Panama. All Major credit cards are accepted HOWEVER, Amex will be difficult to use outside of major hotels and high end restaurants.
To call anywhere in Panama from the USA, please use WhatsApp, turn OFF cellular data and turn ON airplane mode. This will avoid international charges.
Yes. Most major carriers offer international plans. Check with your provider about roaming and data options. Wi-Fi is widely available at hotels and venues. Please download and use WhatsApp for international calls and text messages.
Panama has two distinct seasons: the Dry season runs from the end of December till the beginning of May. The Rainy season runs from May through December. Throughout the year the temperature consistently falls between 82 and 95 degrees. It is encouraged to bring your bug spray/lotion with either DEET or Picaridin as the main ingredient. If you choose to go hiking, zip lining, or boat riding in the forest or lake, insect repellent will be a necessity.
Think elevated tropical — light, breathable fabrics are encouraged. The ceremony will be outdoors, so keep comfort and weather in mind. We ask that you do not wear any shades of white, ivory, tan or burnt orange out of respect for the bride and groom.
The ceremony is at 5pm. Please be on time as we don't do the late business. No CP time (caribbean time, colored people time) will be allotted for.
Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception taking place indoors nearby. Expect beautiful views and warm weather but we’ll have contingency plans in case of rain.
NO. Please do not utilize your phones during the wedding ceremony. We would love for you to be present for this sacred and intimate moment. Guests can take pictures and videos during the cocktail hour and reception.
We’re inviting all of our guests to rep their roots, heritage, or homeland by bringing a flag to wave during the celebration. Whether it’s your country of origin, your family's culture, or a place close to your heart; bring it proudly! This is more than a wedding; it’s a fête, a celebration of love and culture with major Carnival vibes. Flags in the air, music in your bones, and good energy all around. So bring allyuh flags, wave it high, and get ready to #GetClarkedUp!
Not at all! Although Spanish is the official language of Panama, English is spoken at most hotels, restaurants, and tourist areas and we'll be there to help if you get stuck. Como se dice...You're Good!
We’re so glad you asked: #GetClarkedUp
