Yes! We are working with Nick Mornard who is assisting with the hotel bookings. He has all guest information and will be contacting guests by phone or email. He is also available to assist in searching flights.

A mini reception entails a moment after the ceremony to celebrate with the bride and groom. Champagne to toast and cake will be served and opportunities for photos. We will not be hosting a traditional reception afterwards.
Yes! We are planning on having activities to celebrate with the bride and groom on the Friday and Saturday prior to wedding day! If you would like details so as to be able to participate, please reach out to either the bride or groom to be added to a group chat with details.
We currently have a room block with the Paris Las Vegas Hotel as that is where we will be staying. Of course no one is obligated to stay, however it will be the meeting point for any group activities.
We are requesting guests dress in formal wear. No particular theme is needed but this is a spring wedding so pastels are encouraged !
There are two airports to fly into: Harry Reid Int (~10 minute drive to Paris) Boulder City Municipal (~36 minute drive to Paris) As for transportation to the ceremony and mini reception. Paris Las Vegas hotel is a 5 minute drive or a 12 minute walk to Caesars Palace. Guests may utilize Uber or other ride share.
The ceremony will take place in the Juno Garden at Caesars Palace. The reception will be in the Tuscana Chapel on the same property. Please try to arrive by 5:45pm as the ceremony begins promptly by 6pm.
