One of Desiree's best friends. They met back when Desiree was going to college. While working at Del Sol together they decided they were going to be best friends after bonding over movies and food! They have been through a lot together, work, Disneyland trips, moving to new houses (a lot), graduations, and growing families. Ana treats friends like family and is never afraid to stand up and protect her friends. Nothing can come between these two and they remain great friends even with miles in between.
Jeff Kagan
Best Man
Jeff was one of the grooms first San Diego friends and they happened to meet by Chris overhearing Jeff talking about kayaking in the New Professional launch pad. They were instant buddies that both had a sense of adventure and a goofy spirit. Together they’ve had many great experiences together ranging from motorcycling across Death Valley to hiking San Jacinto in the snow. Jeff makes any adventure exciting and we are so blessed to have him in our life.
Brandi Hill
Maid of Honor
Brandi and Desiree have been co-workers, friends, roommates, dance partners, and more! Brandi has such a kind heart, even when she hides it behind a tough exterior. She is always willing to help a friend in need and is there when Desiree needs to stop being so dramatic. She has been there during good times and bad times, little adventures and great adventures, and now she will be there to support Desiree on her greatest adventure yet!
Brian Okorn

Brian is always up to try things and always there when you need him. Brian has become a huge part of the grooms life ever since meeting through work. They trained together and traveled to Norway to compete in an IronMan 70.3 together. He has always been an eager participant in the long strategy games that the groom loves. Most importantly he has been there for groom through thick and thin and no one could ask for a better friend.
Amanda Beaty
Bridesmaid
Amanda and Desiree met in freshman year at San Diego State. They were waiting in the hallway for their first math class of the year and slowly bonded during the semester. They stayed in touch that whole year and decided to live in their first apartment together. Amanda has such a bubbly and happy personality and is such a great friend. Desiree was sad to hear she was moving away to pursue her dreams, but Amanda continues to visit San diego often to catch up. Desiree is so happy she decided to talk to her that one day long ago in the hall outside of Math Class.
Allison Millow

Chris had just started going country line dancing where he met Allison. He would always look for her because she was a fun dance partner overflowing with positive energy. Their friendship really blossomed when they discovered that they both have a love of board games. Games were just the catalyst that would be the beginning of many adventures together. One such adventure was when Allison asked Chris and Des to travel across the country for a magical visit to Harry Potter world. Allison always volunteers to help with anything and does so with a smile.
Jacqi Szatkowski
Bridesmaid
Jacqi is the Groom's sister. The first time Desiree met Jacqi, she locked her keys in the car. Des was so embarrassed but Jacqi just laughed and helped get her keys back. Jacqi has a wonderful heart and truly loves her family. From Disney to Harry Potter, they have bonded over family vacations, birthdays, and holidays and continue to discover how alike they really are. Desiree is so happy to call Jacqi her soon to be Sister in law.
Will Gustwiller

Will is a professional chef and baker with a love for exotic and interesting flavor combinations. The groom doesn’t like cheese and potatoes which are two staples of the culinary world. This combination makes for an unlikely friendship but they discovered they both have a love for board games. This was the start to a great friendship that has blossomed into weekly game sessions full of adventures, laughter, and camaraderie. Will has one of the biggest hearts and is always looking for ways to sweeten the lives of those around him.

Brandy and Desiree met when working at Del Sol. They have bonded over many shenanigans along with their mutual friend Brandi and continue to have many fun adventures. Brandy is a beautiful person and loves to lend a helping hand. She is down for anything and is ready to have a great time. From baking a castle cake, trips to L.A., Country line dancing, gardening advice, and many road trips, they continue to make great memories!
Greg Spence

Chris and Greg’s friendship was kickstarted when Chris went to Greg’s house to help him stain some wooden boxes. Not long after that Greg invited Chris to his first ever gaming convention in LA. They had such a great time running the booth and playing games together that it was obvious a great friendship was forming. This was just the first of many trips they would go to together and Greg always keeps things fun and exciting. Greg has a contagious passion for things he cares about and he will do anything he can to support those around him.
