We met at Domino's in 2014 and we became friends. Fast forwarding to 2 years later we had our first date November 14, 2016. This is how our first date went and I will never forget it! While I was getting ready ( I was so nervous but happy all at the same time) I had so many thoughts going through my mind and trying to make sure I was ready to go at 5:30pm. Well, it was that time and Andrew pulled up in jeep, gave me a cactus ( yes, a cactus because it was November. But I loved it anyways because it was unique), he opened the door for me, and then took me to the movies that had reclining seats that was about a hour away ( he said he wanted to spend as much time as he could with me). We got there got a large popcorn and 2 bottles of water. Now, you know how you see in movies where the guy is so nervous and does a yawn while putting his arm around you? Well, guess what....that is exactly what Andrew did! It made me so happy! After, the movie was over we went over to his house to watch the new series Stranger Things (he said he chose this because he knew that I like suspenseful movies). At one point, he grabbed my hand and held it. But for everyone who knows Winter (our dog) he has to have attention! So, he got in between us and cuddled with us but Winter liked me and gave me a kiss on my cheek. After the show was over, he took me home, opened my door, and said "Winter gave you a kiss. So, can I give you a kiss?" Of course we had our first kiss under the stars! Fast forwarding to 5 years later on Christmas Eve 2021....he waited until all of the presents were open at my parents house ( he asked for my dad's permission the night before) he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!
