Ceremony Information - IMPORTANT

Answer

Due to constraints with our ceremony location at Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park, they are only allowing us 30 guests to attend and 10 parking spaces. Although Evan and I would love to have everyone there for us, only our wedding party, and closest family and friends are able to join us for the ceremony. However, everyone is welcomed to join us for our reception! Thank you for your understanding. Those that are attending the ceremony, we recommend car-pooling if possible since we are only provided a limited amount of parking spots for our guests. Also, Rocky Mnt. National Park will charge a fee per vehicle, going into the park. (Around $30 per car). There will be easily accessible areas and chairs for our ceremony to accommodate guests if need be.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual wear. Guests can wear fun printed dresses or blouses, button-down shirts with khakis or slacks. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors and reception in a covered outdoor patio. It may be chilly in the mountains this time of year, so please take that into consideration.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are required to provide a total headcount to our venue by October 3, 2026 and we cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this. If we do not get an RSVP by the required time provided above, you will be marked as “Not Attending”. We will miss you celebrating with us however we must acquire this in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Here are a few hotel recommendations close to the location of our wedding. Unfortunately, we will not be providing hotel blocks for out of town guests. Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra guests at the wedding. We only have spaces available for the guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcomed as long as they are listed as guests on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony will be very limited at Rocky Mountain National Park. We are allotted 10 parking slots. If possible, we do recommend carpooling. (PLEASE READ CEREMONY INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE!) However, the venue for our reception will have plenty of parking for all of our guests.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing any formal transportation to or from hotels or venues. However, our ceremony location and reception venue is a 10 minute or less drive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We want nothing more than for our guests to be comfortable! If you have a special request or food allergy, please reach out to Evan or Desirae as soon as possible to accommodate with the caterer.
