Because our venue is located on a military base, all guest 16 and older, must provide a valid photo ID (with REAL ID star) and the last four digits of their Social Security number in ADVANCE to ensure base access.

We kindly ask guest to dress semi-formal Think dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women, and suits or dress pants with a button up shirt for men (ties are optional). Please avoid jeans, T-shirts, or casual beachwear.
Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for check-in and seating.
Yes! Both events will take place at Soundside Catering and Events on Hurlburt Field.
No. If you are not a military ID holder, you will need to submit some information ahead of time (see base access details above).

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment without distractions. Don’t worry—we’ll invite everyone to take photos with us at the end of the ceremony!
The celebration will wrap up around 9:30 PM, but we hope you’ll stay and party with us until then!
Guests are responsible for their own transportation.
We love your little ones, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate children specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
There will be a fully stocked bar available for you to enjoy—but it’s a cash (or card) bar, so bring your wallet and your best dance moves!
