Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. Please make sure to RSVP. This will be a guest list only event.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

What are your COVID protocols?

Answer

Because each of you are precious to us, please stay home if you are not feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms. The health of each of you and our loved ones are what matters most. We respectfully ask that you take a COVID test, regardless of vaccination status, 3 days prior to coming to ensure a safe and comfortable wedding. We will have sanitation stations throughout the venue and masks.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at SpringHill Suites - Redlands. Please use the link provided on our Travel page for our wedding discount.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided from the hotel to the venue. Please accommodate your ride accordingly. The venue will allow you to leave your vehicles overnight until 10 am Sunday morning.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We want to see the joyful faces of the people we love! Please turn off phones and cameras until after the ceremony. We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TheMaloatas2022 and #todayMArksforever2022 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
