Can we bring our children?

We kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

May I bring a guest?

Answer

Invitations will specify if a guest is included. Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that you only bring a plus one if indicated on your invitation.

What about parking?

Answer

Parking will be available, but we encourage carpooling when possible. Please note there is some rocky terrain between the parking area and the venue, so plan your footwear accordingly. Suggest dropping off ladies at the front and picking them up as well!

Will dinner be provided?

Yes! We’ll be serving a delicious meal from Red Beard BBQ at the reception.

Classy – traditional wedding attire. No jeans please!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at 4pm, 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and walking to the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both will be held outdoors, so please keep the weather in mind when planning your outfit.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment. We’ll share the photos afterward!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We’ll have a selection of drinks available at the reception. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation if needed.

What’s the weather like that time of year?

Answer

Late June in Oregon is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so a light jacket or wrap is a good idea.

What will seating for ceremony be?

Answer

Seating will be straw bales, there is be blankets to sit on if needed.

Should we bring cash for the bartender?

Answer

We will have a bartender serving drinks throughout the evening, and tips are always appreciated! If you’d like to show your thanks, please bring a little cash for gratuity.
