Formal Attire. We suggest that men wear a suit and tie in any color and women wear a long or midi dress, knee length cocktail dress, or dressy separates. Our reception will be in a grassy area, we recommend block heels if you’re thinking about wearing heels.
Please plan to arrive to Oldfield by 4:00 PM. Gate security will have your name. Parking is available at the Oldfield Clubhouse and guests will be shuttled from there to the River Club (location of ceremony and reception). This will leave plenty of time to park and arrive at the ceremony to find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, in shaded areas. The reception will be under a tent.
There will be a shuttle running from the Courtyard Marriott HHI to the venue. Please let Tristan or the Deshlers know if you plan to utilize this as space is limited.
