FAQs

The Wedding Website of Deserea Ramos and Tyrese Williams
If you have any other questions other than what's listed here, please reach out to the Groom or Bride.
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 26th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Declined." We do not accept any RSVPs via mail, text, or email. Please type your name to find your invitation and accept or decline.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it, please make sure to RSVP "Declined" so we can plan accordingly with the guest count.

Question

What if I'm not sure I can make it?

Answer

Please only RSVP "Yes" if you are confident you can attend. Our venue and caterer require a firm headcount and we are charged per person. Once you confirm your attendance we are paying for you to celebrate this day with us. If your plans are uncertain, wait to confirm and contact the bride or groom with any questions — we'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we will only accommodate those formally invited. If you have any questions about the guest list please contact the bride or groom.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Even though we love the kids due to many factors, we respectfully request no children. This is an ADULT ONLY wedding. We appreciate you for making prior arrangements.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony, approximately 4:30 PM. This will allow time for you to park and take your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated as this would disrupt the ceremony and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour.

Question

Can I record during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "UNPLUGGED" ceremony. We've hired professionals to capture photos/videos, and we'd hate for someone's device to block that so unless you have special permission from the groom or bride, we ask that you don't record until both the groom and bride has said their vows. After that feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! While the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly. Tips are welcomed.

Question

What Should I Wear? Dress Code

Answer

Dress to Impress. Our wedding will be an all-black formal attire event. We kindly ask all guests to wear elegant, all-black outfits—think black suits, tuxedos, gowns, or cocktail dresses. This is a key part of our wedding aesthetic, and we truly appreciate your help in bringing our vision to life. If guests arrive in other colors, they will be asked to change to an alternative option to stay in alignment with the dress code. Thank you for embracing our vision!
