Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking for all wedding guests on the day of the wedding to the right side of the venue.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

what to do if I arrive past 4:15?

Answer

To avoid disrupting the ceremony, we kindly ask that late arrivals wait outside until the ceremony has concluded. Once the ceremony is finished, you are welcome to join us in the reception area with the other guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.

what if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 21st 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Samantha as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be Outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, there is a short walk outdoors between the ceremony and reception buildings, so please plan accordingly for the weather.

We’re grateful for everyone celebrating with us as we begin this new chapter. To keep the day focused and comfortable for all guests, we’ve chosen to have an adults-only celebration, with only a few children specifically named on the invitation.

What's the dress code?

Our dress code is Cocktail / Semi-Formal. We kindly ask guests to dress to celebrate with us and avoid casual clothing such as jeans or everyday wear. Thank you for helping us keep the evening elegant!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

To help us fully enjoy this moment and allow our photographer to capture it without distraction, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We promise to share professional photos with you afterward!

No, seating is not assigned for the ceremony. We kindly ask that guests please leave the front row open for immediate family and those we have spoken with directly. Thank you for helping us keep those seats reserved.

Yes, seating is assigned for the reception. Please refer to the seating chart located at the entrance of the reception space to find your table. Thank you!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask the Ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream color attire.

What to do when I arrive?

When you arrive, please follow the chapel guiding signs and the marked trail leading to the chapel. We appreciate you following the signs to help ensure a smooth arrival for everyone.
