We are providing coach transportation from central Charlottesville to the venue, an approximately 30-minute drive. The shuttles will start loading from the Courtyard Marriott (1201 West Main Street, Charlottesville) and the Omni Hotel (212 Ridge McIntire Road, Charlottesville) with departure at 4:30pm. The drivers will go inside the lobby area of each hotel to meet guests, so plan to be ready in the lobby by 4:15pm. An early shuttle will depart the venue at 9pm for any guests that would prefer to return to their accommodation early. Shuttles returning to both the Courtyard Marriott and Omni Hotel will also depart following the end of the reception around 10:30pm.
