The Shuttle service buses will start pickups at 4:00PM, dropping off guests at Old Sturbridge Village (OSV). They will repeat another pickup at 4:20PM for any of those that miss the 4pm. Greeters will be at OSV to direct you to the Welcome Center. This is where you will be able to take the horse drawn carryall up to the Meetinghouse, or if you prefer, take the short walk up to the Meetinghouse where the ceremony will be held. Return Times from the Venue to the Hotels: BUS #1 Running 3x from the venue to hotel (11:30 PM, 12:15 AM, AND 12:40 AM pickups) BUS #2 Running 4x from venue to hotell (11:45 PM, 12:00 AM, 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM pickups)

A carryall will be taking guests up to the Meetinghouse. Just be sure to keep in mind timing for yourseld as there will be 2 carryall's each only holding 25 guests so they will need to do 3 trips in order to get all guests that choose to take them up to the Meetinghouse. Pickups will through the visitor's center, which is located across from the Oliver Wight Tavern (where cocktail hour and reception will be). If you choose, you're also welcome to walk from the Visitor's Center to the Meetinghouse Please keep in mind, weather depending, it could be a litte icy so please consider this when choosing your footwear. If you would like to wear boots for the ceremony & bring a change of shoes, we will have a large coatroom where you will be able to switch out/leave your boots before cocktail hour. This is why we would recommend taking the carryall as you will have less of a walk this way :)

When the ceremony ends the carryall's will bring guests back to the visitors center for cocktail hour in the Oliver Wight Tavern. Again, the carryall is optional for those that would prefer to walk and get there drink on faster :)

Introductions, the first dance and toasts will follow cocktail hour
