Our wedding night will take place on the beaches of Barcelo followed by a dance party at Jaguar club. What we have done for the past few years is waited until November and booked on Black Friday, the deals have been great! You can book earlier if you would like, but we will be sending out an email around Black Friday as a reminder to everyone to get your room secured. The nice thing about this hotel is that you don't pay until you check in. Join us for as long or as little as you can, Derrick and I will be there from Sunday 2nd to Tuesday 11th- we will look into 4 day and 7 day itinerary's closer to the sale date. To get an idea of what we paid last year I have broken it down: Total for 3 people in one room for 7 nights: $2341.00 Minus the 'mybarcelo' discount (5%): $2223.95 Divided by 3: $741 per person for 7 nights all food and drink included

Once you have decided on the dates you would like to come feel free to book your flights when you see a good deal! In the past we have booked when flights are between $380-450. You will want to fly into the Cancun airport.

Shuttle

Shuttle Transport to Barcelo

Upon further research we found it too difficult to coordinate all flights with 90 people. We have listed the shuttle service we use and are happy to answer questions about it if you come across any. The shuttle company that we use is called Canadian Transfers and has been so great. The van seats up to 12 and cost $153 total for round trip to the hotel and back to the airport on your departure date.
