Derrick and I met in 2019, first crossing paths through social media and forming a beautiful friendship long before meeting in person in March of 2020. During those months, we shared countless conversations, laughter, and moments that allowed our connection to grow naturally and deeply. When we finally met, Derrick later told me he knew in his heart that I was “the one.” From that moment on, our love continued to flourish. Over the last six years, we have grown not only individually, but also together, strengthening our bond and deepening our love. Together, we purchased our first home and welcomed two cherished fur babies into our lives, Malachi and Kobe, making our family complete.
