I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include on your RSVP if any food allergies or intolerances need to be made aware to the caterer.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Think suit and tie for the men and midi or floor length gowns for the women. Please do not wear a white dress.

Can I bring a date?

Plus ones will be annotated on your invitations, if you are in doubt please let the couple know.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of the beautiful kids in our life, please ensure that they do not detract from the ceremony and important parts of the reception. If they begin fussing during the ceremony, you may go into the reception hall to calm them. Please ensure your children do not run around the dance floor during speeches and important dances. The venue also has wooded areas and a lake, for their safety please do not leave children unattended outdoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at the venue, follow the parking signs and there will be a member of the venue staff driving a golf cart between the parking lot and the reception. Please do not park or drive in their beautiful grass! We will also have a shuttle for our out of town guests to and from the hotel.
