If you are lodging within Sea Pines, please refer to the rental company of whom you booked with. If you are staying outside of Sea Pines & attending the wedding events: *FRIDAY 3/25 WELCOME PARTY: as you approach the guard gate, simply stay in the right lane and let the officer know that you are going to HARBOUR TOWN YACHT CLUB for the Derone/Pion Welcome Party. They will allow you in without charge. *SATURDAY 3/26 RECEPTION: as you approach the guard gate, simply stay in the right lane and let the officer know that you are going to SEA PINES COUNTRY CLUB for the Derone/Pion Wedding. They will allow you in without charge.
FOR OUR OUT OF TOWN GUESTS: it means the world to us that you traveled to Hilton Head! Please join us for some celebratory drinks and light bites to kick off the weekend. ***We will have a Welcome Bag for each couple filled with a few goodies and a schedule of events for the big day - please make sure to grab one before leaving the party!***

We encourage you to make this a weekend getaway with your family! However with respect, would like our wedding day to be an adult only occasion.
Guests will be on own for transportation to and from the Ceremony. We have arranged transportation for after the wedding reception for guests staying in Sea Pines & The Sonesta Resort! Shuttle service will start at 9:30pm and run until 1:15am. Although the shuttles will not be able to drop everyone off at their individual rentals within Sea Pines Plantation, they will make drop offs to the following general areas: Harbour Town, South Beach, ClubCourse, Plantation Clubhouse & Sea Pines BeachClub. *For anyone wishing to continue the celebration, after party will be at the Triangle! The last shuttle run from the Triangle to general areas within Sea Pines Plantation will be at 1:15am
The ceremony begins at 2:00pm (sharp) at St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church. We highly encourage guests to arrive between 1:30-1:45pm. If you are staying in Sea Pines Plantation, plan on a 25 minute commute to the church.
Ladies: Cocktail, long or formal dresses are fine! Guys: Suits are perfect!
We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos or videos— we've hired a photographer and videographer to capture all the big moments. At the reception however, you're more than welcome and we encourage you to!
