Are we having a Ceremony?

Answer

We are having a small private ceremony. Regretfully due to the venues' seating limitations and fire department ordnances, we are only allowed a limited number of guest at the ceremony. We will be live streaming the ceremony and all are invited to the reception afterwards. We will be sending our guests the link for the ceremony's live stream. If you have any questions, please contact us. Thank you for all your love and understanding.

What time does cocktail begin?

Answer

Cocktail begins at 1:00 p.m. and will be down stairs.

What time does reception begin?

Answer

Reception begins between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m., and ends at 6:00 p.m. Food will be downstairs and dancing will be upstairs. We will leave some tabletop games downstairs, in case not everyone wants to go upstairs to dance or needs a break. Also, weather permitting, we can tour the grounds or play at the playground.

When should I RSVP by?

Please R.S.V.P by September 5, 2025. You can let us know via the website or the R.S.V.P. card we provided with the invitations.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

The Lodge is a non-smoking facility. In accordance with Village of Hinsdale ordinances, smoking and vaping is only permitted outside, 15 feet away from the closed doorway. In the event of a false fire alarm caused by guests smoking on the premises, the user will be held responsible for any charges that may be imposed by the Fire Department.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Regretfully we do not, however, there are many hotels in the area that are reasonable priced.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Regretfully there is not.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. The bride has severe food allergies as well. She is bringing her own food. You can too if need be. On the R.S.V.P. section on our website and on the paper R.S.V.P. card there is a section about dietary restrictions. Please let us know how we can accommodate you.
