What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 4:45pm. Ceremony will be at 5pm sharp.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal. The ceremony will be outdoors, and it will be hot this time of year. The reception will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The ceremony/reception is adults-only. However, children are welcome at all other events for the weekend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle between Hotel Vista Sierra and the ceremony venue, and the after party. A shuttle schedule will be provided prior to the event. You will need to provide your own transportation for other events.
