We ask that our guests follow the invitation and only those mentioned attend. If you have questions if you are allowed a guest, please contact Eva or Derick!
Yes! What's a wedding without kids?! Dance Mode - ON! If your invitation did not include your children's names, please just reach out to clarify if you will be bringing them so we can make sure they are included in the meal count! Children 12 and under will receive a meal of Chicken Strips and Fries, please ensure you RSVP for how many children are coming.
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, suits and cocktail dresses, dress pants & dress shirt, very nice jeans would be acceptable as well. No white dresses please. If you would like to follow our color palette, think dusty rose, mauve, sage green, dark purple, beige.
You can RSVP here on the website, or you can scan the QR Code on your invitation
RSVP deadline is August 12, 2026. If we do not have your RSVP by this date you will be considered a decline. Unfortunately if you show up without an RSVP you will be turned away at the door as we will not be able to accommodate a meal for you.
Everything will be held at ICON Event Hall & Lounge in Downtown Sioux Falls. 400 N Main Ave, Sioux Falls, SD On the corner of 6th St and Main Ave
There is a parking lot on the North side of the building that is free to park in on the weekends. Sioux Falls also offers a handful of parking garages in the downtown area that are free to park in on the weekends! Parking on the street on Saturdays is pay to park and limited to 2.5 hours depending where you park, so just make sure you check wherever you are!
We have room blocks at a couple different hotels. Check the 'Travel' tab on the website to book and to see additional hotels in the downtown area. We recommend staying downtown as it would allow you to walk to the event, however if you wish to stay elsewhere we would recommend one of the hotels around Louise Ave and 69th St or Louise Ave and Shirley Ave.
No, we will not be providing shuttles. You can utilize Lyft, Uber, or check with your hotel if they offer a shuttle service.
The entire wedding will be indoors! However, our venue is attached to DADA Gastropub, which opens to the public at 5pm and they have a nice little outdoor area. They also have garage doors that they sometimes open up. This area is disconnected from the wedding party though.
South Dakota in early September is TYPICALLY still very warm and we should expect (and are hoping for) a beautiful fall day somewhere between 70-80 degrees! Now, it is SD so who knows, we could have sunshine, rain, or snow, or all three in one day lol! We have chosen an indoor venue to accommodate whatever may be thrown at us :)
We understand not everyone wants to dance! So at the tables we will be having Euchre games going, other cards, dice, board games, champagne pong, hammerschlagen, and mini bowling!
No. Guests will be given a drink ticket to enjoy at cocktail hour, and then it will be cash bar option. No outside alcohol is permitted to be brought into the venue. If you do so, you will be removed from the venue.
Being as we have been together for 10+ years and have built a life and home, we have all of the "stuff"! So we are foregoing a traditional registry and just have a honeymoon fund! This will help contribute to us taking our first child free trip in 4 years and enjoying time as husband and wife! You can find the info on where to send funds on the 'Registry' Tab on the website.
Doors will open at 2:30pm to find your seat. We ask that guests are seated by 2:50pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 3pm
Reception will go until 10pm, then the wedding party has plans to walk and bar hop downtown, you are free to join us at your leisure!
