WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

We understand that traveling to a destination wedding can be a big commitment. If you know you won’t be able to attend prior to receiving the formal invitation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can finalize plans. You can RSVP on our website, or reach us directly at (214)-729-9800. We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait to celebrate with those who can join us! However, the deadline to RSVP is August 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE CAPE?

Answer

We’ve arranged a special room block at The Cape for our guests, and we would love for everyone to stay on the property to make logistics easier and enjoy more time together throughout the weekend. Please note that we are responsible for any rooms that go unbooked, so we kindly ask that you reserve your room through the block by August 10th to help us manage this commitment. The group rate is only available until this date, so be sure to book early! If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Day passes may be available, however, the staff has advised that since October is a high season they may not be offering them to outside guests.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CAPE IF I STAY OFF PROPERTY?

Answer

If you're planning to stay at a different hotel for the wedding, please note that access to the wedding venue and other hotel facilities will only be available to guests staying on-site. We highly encourage you to stay at The Cape to avoid conflict!

DO I NEED TO BOOK ALL 3 NIGHTS TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNTED RATE?

Answer

Yes, it is required to book all three nights within the room block in order to receive the discounted rate. This ensures that we meet the hotel’s booking requirements and secure the best rates for everyone. We recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your stay at the discounted rate!

WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR THE ROOM BLOCK & CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Answer

The room block is available for the nights of October 3rd - October 5th. If you'd like to arrive early or extend your stay, you can take advantage of the discounted rates for up to three days before and three days after the wedding, based on availability. CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM AT THE CAPE?

Answer

Yes, guests are welcome to upgrade their room to a higher category at a discounted rate, provided that upgraded rooms are available. To check availability and take advantage of the discount, please contact the hotel directly when booking your room. We recommend securing your reservation early to ensure the best options!

WHAT IS THE BEST AIRPORT TO FLY INTO?

Answer

The best airport to fly into is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), which is about a 40-minute drive from The Cape. There are plenty of direct flights from major cities, and transportation options like taxis and shuttle services are available to take you to the hotel.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?

Answer

We’ve arranged discounted group rates for hotel transfers through the hotel’s onsite provider as follows: -One-way SUV transfer (up to 5 guests): $140.00 + 16% tax -One-way Van transfer (up to 15 guests): $168.00 + 16% tax Please contact the hotel to book your transportation ahead of time!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?

Black Tie Optional! For men, this means a dark suit or tuxedo if you prefer, and for women, a long evening gown. To match the vibrant vibe of Cabo, we encourage all ladies to wear bright, bold, and colorful gowns. Please avoid patterns and black gowns, and the more vibrant, the better! WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE WELCOME PARTY?

Answer

Please wear white beachy attire! Think light, breezy, and comfortable — white linen, sundresses, airy tops, or crisp white shirts - feel free to dress up or down as you like. Men, khaki shorts or pants are perfectly fine. We can’t wait to kick off the weekend with you!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

Our wedding is primarily an adult-focused celebration. Children are only welcome if they are specifically included on the invitation. If your child is not listed, we kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us for this special occasion!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate plus ones who are specifically listed on the invitation. If your invitation does not include a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend alone. Thank you for your understanding!

As you're heading to paradise, we wanted to share a little tip! 🍸 If you're planning to enjoy a drink (or two!) in your hotel room during your stay, we highly recommend stopping by the duty-free liquor store at the airport when you land. It’s a great way to stock up on your favorite spirits or wine at a good price—and it’ll save you some time when you get to the hotel. Cheers to a relaxing and fun time in Cabo!
