When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 2026 so we can finalize our headcount and meal planning. Your timely response is greatly appreciated—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Think suits and summer. We kindly ask no bright colors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can still join us for the celebration!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome as long as they are included in the invitation. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors and the may include warm temperatures. The reception will include, music, and loud noises. While we love having little ones join the celebration, there won’t be any designated child-friendly or quiet areas, so please plan accordingly for their comfort.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find your seat and settle in.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones and cameras tucked away so our photographer can capture the moment. You’re welcome to take photos afterward!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and a selection of simple cocktails. Please enjoy responsibly and make arrangements for safe transportation if needed. There is NO rideshares.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be free parking on-site. Please keep in mind, if you leave your vehicle overnight, the venue might not be accessible the next day to retrieve your car.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception and dinner. We recommend dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable shoes for the outdoor portion.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

A delicious UNLIMITED buffet-style dinner will be served with options for vegetarian/gluten-free/dietary accommodations. Please let us know your needs on the RSVP.

What’s the best way to give a gift?

Answer

We’re grateful for your presence, not presents. If you’d like to contribute, we’ve created a honeymoon fund in lieu of traditional gifts. Details are on our registry tab. We will also have a card box provided during the reception.

How will transportation work?

Answer

Transportation is up to each individual guest. The venue has advised that any ride shares, Uber, Lyft, etc. do not work from leaving the venue.
