Derek and Tessa met during the summer of 2018. Their first date was chaperoned by Tessa’s dog Bear at Balboa Park, where from that very moment, Bear decided Derek was the one for his mom. From that instance the couple became inseparable, spending the most perfect summer at the beach and attending as many country concerts as possible. They camped, laughed endlessly, and most importantly became forever best friends.
