Hotel Information

For any guests who are planning to get to Santa Cruz a day early or enjoy Juneteenth at the beach, we recommend going with a local Airbnb. However, there are a few local hotels with decent reviews such as Ocean Echo Inn and Beach Cottages (Approx. 3min walk to venue), Sea & Sand Inn (Approx. 18mins from venue) or West Cliff Inn (Approx. 17mins from venue)

Flight

SJC or SFO

Guests have the option of either flying into San Jose which is approximately 45-60 minutes to Santa Cruz. Alternatively, you may fly into San Francisco airport which will also be around 60 minutes from Santa Cruz.

Travel Note

Parking

There is free public parking on the Sunny Cove Drive dead end road. However, it is first come first serve and because Sunny Cove has a famous lookout spot next to the house, it can be challenging to rely on the parking. I recommend any folks staying locally in Santa Cruz uber over to the house to save spots for others driving from a distance. For anyone coming from South Bay and not staying the night, I may recommend arriving early to find parking.
