We look forward to celebrating with everyone in their best cocktail attire.

If you will be driving to the wedding, there is free parking available at the Grand Floridian. Please enter at the wedding pavilion gates and say you are with the Blady/Czekaj wedding. Those staying on Disney property can utilize the free transportation at their resort or rideshare. If you have any questions about this feel free to ask Sarah or Derek!
Yes! You can receive our room block discount beginning 5/18/25 through 6/3/25. We will also have discounted Disney park tickets available! We would love for you to enjoy all that Disney World and Orlando has to offer if you would like to extend your trip. We would love to see you all in the parks!
As a wedding guest, you will have access to discounted full day parking hopper tickets, or you can also purchase partial-day tickets, valid from either 1pm or 5pm until park closing, at a reduced price. If you are staying off property, you still have access to purchase discounted tickets. Park reservations are no longer necessary, you will only need a valid park ticket to enter the park. There are some restrictions on what is allowed into the parks, and there are size limits for strollers so please do your research ahead of time to ensure you are not stuck with a stroller you cannot use upon arrival. Link for tickets on the travel and accommodations page! FYI: If you would like to purchase the partial day tickets, they are unavailable through the online link and must be purchased by phone at the number provided
Once you are at your resort enjoying your vacation, if you are staying on Disney property, you have a multitude of options to get wherever you are going. At every single Disney resort, there are park buses that bring you to and from Disney Springs and each of the Disney theme parks. These buses run on a schedule from 1 hour before park opening to 1 hour after park closing. If you are staying at POP Century, you will have access to the Disney Park Buses and Disney's Skyliner, their gondola system. The Disney Skyliner provides direct access to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot Center. It is also about a 5-10 minute walk from the Epcot Skyliner Station to Disney's The Boardwalk Resort. Typically, the Skyliner will open one hour before Theme Park Entry and close 90 minutes after EPCOT or Hollywood Studios closes. If you are staying at Port Orleans-French Quarter, you will have boat transportation as an option to Disney Springs. If you are staying at the Grand Floridian, you can walk to the Magic Kingdom and you will have monorail transportation available to the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. If you are looking for a more private Disney transportation option, you have the option to book a Minnie Van through the Lyft app. These are vehicles (not actual vans) that are driven by a Disney Cast Member and can take you anywhere on Disney property for a fee. The fee changes depending on availability, distance and the time that you request a ride, similar to the non-Disney rides that Lyft offers. If you will be renting a car and staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you receive complimentary standard parking at Disney theme parks for the length of your Resort stay. If you choose to rent a car, parking at any of the theme parks as a resort guest is FREE, but will cost you $30 a day if you are NOT staying on property.
That depends on what you want to do! Since our wedding events are mainly Saturday and Sunday, you could just stay for those. However, one of the big perks of getting married at Walt Disney World is giving the people we love the chance to spend a little time to vacation at our favorite destination! Whatever you would like to do, you can book your hotel room in our room block for as long or as little as you like!
Understandable, sometimes booking a vacation like this can be overwhelming. Luckily things are much easier thanks to the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings team! They have a dedicated phone line where you can call and be connected with a cast member who knows exactly what they're doing and can help you make the most of your magical vacation! The number will be posted here and on the travel page soon! If you're not sure what you want to do, Derek and I will be putting together some recommendations here on the website of our favorite spots and activities to help spark some ideas. I would also encourage you to scope out the My Disney Experience app and the Walt Disney World website for some of their highlights and experiences to see what you might be interested in.
At this time we do not have any private transportation scheduled between the hotel blocks and venues. There will be free parking at the wedding, and Disney also offers free transportation from hotels to theme parks. Please be aware Disney transportation would require you to go to the front of a theme park and then take another bus or monorail to the Grand Floridian resort; this can take a while, so plan for at least 60-90 minutes of travel time across property. Uber/Lyft are affordable alternatives and can drop you directly at the venue.
Not all eateries in Disney require reservations, but most sit-down restaurants do. Use the My Disney Experience App or visit the WDW website to book dining reservations. If you are staying at a Disney hotel, you can book dining reservations 60 days in advance. If your stay begins on May 24, you can book for your entire vacation 60 days before May 24. This is a great advantage because you can book popular restaurants that fill up for the later days in your vacation.
MagicBands work like a smart watch and you can use them as your park ticket, payment method, room key, etc. MagicBands are the basic version that do all of the above things, but MagicBands+ do even more- they interact with things and locations in the park to add more magic to your experience. You can purchase both kinds of MagicBands in advance with a slight discount online, or you can buy them when you get there. For more info about MagicBands and MagicBands+ visit the WDW website. MagicBands are not required, but can add to the convenience and fun of your trip!
If you are checking into a Disney Resort, the day you check into your resort, you have free access to one of Disney’s Water Parks for that day only. If you get to the resort at 10am and check your luggage with the Bellhops, you can take a resort bus to the water park while you wait for your room to be ready! The water in the water park is heated and the resort pools are heated as well! If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, then beach towels are complimentary when you visit the Walt Disney World water parks.
