When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 30th to ensure that we have enough time to confirm the final headcount with our vendors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, so no kiddos please. Thank you in advance for respecting our wishes!

Can I invite other people?

Answer

No, due to the intimacy of the venue, we are unable to extend additional invites unless otherwise specified. Thank you for understanding and we hope to see you there!

What is the dress code?

Come celebrate with us in your favorite cocktail attire - suits and ties, dressy jumpsuits, sophisticated separates, and dresses are all great options! (no jeans and tees, please :))

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we will absolutely try our best to accommodate any allergies and/or dietary restrictions. Please let us know about this as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly with our catering team.

What beverages will be offered?

We will be offering an open bar with beer, wine, two signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic options (including a mocktail!)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue at 6:00pm PST.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the venue, so we encourage you to determine your transportation plans ahead of time.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample unmetered street parking around the venue, or two nearby pay-to-park lots. The first parking lot is directly across from the main Castaway entry on 18th & Vaughn, and the second option is the largest lot is located on 17th and Upshur, operated by Reef Parking.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a casual get-together the evening before the wedding (Friday, October 30th) - stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the date!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

No, we will not be hosting a formal after party. However, there are plenty of bars and clubs in downtown Portland for those that want to keep the vibes going! (especially on Halloween)
