If you are traveling up to Apple Hill for the festivities earlier than the day-of, come join the Bride and Groom for this welcome event to kick off our wedding weekend! Come grab a drink and hang out at Jack Russell Brewery before the big day - location is subject to change due to potential COVID-19 regulations.
Wedding Rehearsal
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Just your standard ceremony rehearsal with the wedding party. 24 hours til "I do"!

Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We recommend that our guests do bring an additional layer for warmth. Additionally, the ceremony and reception will be held on a lawn so please consider this when choosing footwear!
Please be in your seat by 4:00pm as we would like to start our ceremony promptly (and get our party on that much sooner)! The shuttle from the parking area begins at 3PM - feel free to explore the venue grounds if you arrive early.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
While the Bride and Groom slip away for photos, please enjoy our cocktail hour where we will be serving 2 signature drinks along with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Wedding Reception
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Break out the dancing shoes but don't let that extra layer get too far from you - expect temperatures to be in the high 50s, low 60s during party time.
Heaters will be placed around the venue to ensure our guests are comfortable in the cooler fall weather. Restrooms are located inside the venue lounge.
Final Farewell

Don't cry because it's over, smile because WE'RE FINALLY MARRIED! We will be saying farewell to our guests at 10:30PM (if you need to leave sooner, we completely understand!) - if you plan on drinking during our reception, please be sure to have a ride prepared for your safe return. We realize this is probably the first party/celebration many of our guests have attended since the pandemic began and we want you to let loose, but please do so responsibly :) The venue has limited cellphone reception (but the parking lot is fine), so please have your Uber/Lyft/taxi scheduled before arriving to the event.
