When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses (knee-length, midi & maxi), dressy jumpsuits, suites, jackets (tie optional) and slacks. Our ceremony will be held in the forest, consider chunky heels or flats.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, we recommend arriving between 4:00PM and 4:30PM

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a wedding room block set up for you at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Monroe - please see the "HOTEL BLOCKS" tab in Zola for details.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please note any allergies or accommodation requests when you RSVP, there is a spot for this there!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Plenty of Parking on site!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We partnered with the Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Monroe to use their 11 person passenger shuttle, we will organize a sign up sheet for this with the Front Desk to ensure you a spot should you need one, this will be on a first come first serve basis and will run all evening when requested!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We wish we could include all children, but unfortunately we are only able to include those where the invitation specifies the "Family" as a whole. If you have any questions or requests, please reach out to one of us directly!

Can I bring a date?

If there is not a plus one (and guest) on your invitation that means we are only accounting for you. If you have any questions or requests please reach out to one of us!
