Before a planned, secluded, and much needed  weekend get-away, Derek told Louisa to get one last thing for him upstairs as he packed the car with weekend bags. There was a love note for Louisa on the bed, and when she headed downstairs, Derek was at the bottom on one knee, asking her to marry him.
