How do I book dinner reservations in advance?

To book dinner reservations in advance, please email prearrivialhost@unicohotelrm.com with your confirmation number, preferred restaurant, and the time you'd like to go.

Whats the dress code at UNICO?

Answer

For our event specific dress codes, see our "schedule" which has each of our events and their dress codes. For general UNICO dress code: UNICO recommends ‘Smart Beach Casual’ for dinner reservations. Ladies: Think flowy resort dresses & sandals, cover-ups for pool/lunch, and lightweight fabrics Men: Think shorts or lightweight pants, button-down or linen shirts, nice sneakers, loafers, or sandals

The room block is Feb 13-17. Can my travel dates be flexible?

Answer

Yes! Please book your stay to fit your travel needs, but please note that dates outside the room block are pending the resort's availability and there is a 3-night minimum at Unico 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya. Laura Marshall, our travel agent managing reservations, will be happy to help you plan your trip around the wedding date. Can I book my stay outside of the room block, or directly through the resort website?

Answer

Rooms booked outside of our room block (i.e through Laura, our travel agent) do not count towards fulfilling our contract. We have worked hard at setting up a room block for you and are under contract for the rooms. If you think you found something better, please let Laura know so she can explore a possible price match. Thank you for your understanding!

Which airport do I fly into?

Answer

Cancun (CUN) airport the closest airport to the resort. UNICO 20°87° is about an hour shuttle ride from the airport.

Is an airport transfer provided?

Answer

Yes, when you book your room with Laura, there will be a $90 per person round trip airport transfer added to your invoice, unless you specify otherwise.
