Kaitlyn and Sadie met in sophomore year of high school (history class, to be exact). They then started ballroom dancing together, did college connection, and learned life. Milkshakes and french fries forever. She's the "Sades" to Kaitlyn's "Katwoman."

Derek and Jonny met way back in Middle School. Since they lived in a small town, the two grew quite close running around Yreka and Montague. As the two say: A brotha' from anotha' motha.'

Chloe and Kaitlyn alter served together in Catholic Church, but didn't know it until they met in high school! Chloe was friends with Sadie and Nique, so our friend group started here. Derek, Kaitlyn and Chloe spent some time together in Europe back in the 2012 trip, drinking mojitos and eating Nutella under the Eiffel Tower.

Andrei and Derek met through Craigslist. Derek was looking for a new roommate, and the interview with Andrei went well! This is how Chloe and Andrei met, so Derek and Kaitlyn are also matchmakers.

Nique and Kaitlyn met back in 3rd grade at St. Thomas More Catholic School. The two had many sleepovers and played four square. After some elementary school and junior high apart, the two reconnected in high school. Mutual lovebugs and lotion.

Daniel is the older brother of the groom. He has been there for many firsts in Derek’s life, and has lived up to all the expectations of being a strong role model. Dan has always been a source of advice, good times, and memories for Bug.

Cody and Kaitlyn met in freshman year's French class in high school. The two were placed together as partner pairs. After much conversation (in French and English) the pair quickly became friends. The "Codes" to Kaitlyn's "Kaits."
Riley MacMillan

Riley and Derek met while in their Liberal Arts classes at Chico State. The two were in most major classes together and the Credential Program together. Those that pass classes together, stay strong friends.
