When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! Grand Tradition has a parking lot. If you need assistance from the parking lot to the ceremony site, golf carts will be available to help you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 so please allow at least 15 minutes to park and walk to the ceremony site.

Can I bring a date, my kids, or someone else?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, unfortunately due to covid restrictions in addition to changing venues, we have had to limit our guest count. Please only bring those who are listed on the wedding invitation (reach out to us if you are not sure). If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, you can bring a date, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know ASAP of any food allergies so we can do our best to accommodate!

Are there any COVID-19 precautions in place?

Answer

Our venue currently requires face masks or shields to be worn indoors for any unvaccinated persons, face masks are not required for those who are vaccinated. Hand sanitizer will be available. Also, we ask any guests not feeling well to please stay home to protect all those attending. As things change, local guidances could so please check back here for updates or feel free to reach out.
