What will we be serving for dinner?

Answer

Tacos, of course! A favorite of the bride and groom.

How long will the wait be after the ceremony?

Answer

We will be doing pictures before the ceremony, so no long waits for dinner! A short 30 minute session with family will be taken directly after the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy-Casual Attire: Ladies: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, sundresses, dress pants or skirts with a blouse. Gentlemen: Button shirts and slacks.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

As most Montanans know, weather can be very tempermental. However, since it is late September, expect crisp air in the evening so bring a light jacket that you can dance into the night in!

What type of venue is it?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held in the same location. The ceremony and dancing, weather permitting, will be held outside. Dinner, drinks, and dessert will be held inside. This venue is handicap accessible.

Where can I park?

Answer

There is a free parking lot directly in front of the building and alongside the venue. Please DO NOT use the front doors, as offices are being used. You may enter through the left-hand side of the building or the back.

Can I bring a guest?

Is this an open bar?

Answer

Beer and wine will be provided. A few specialized vodka-based drinks will be available as well. If these options do not suit you, you are welcome to bring your beverage of choice.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options available?

If you are vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten-free please let us know in your RSVP and we will accomodate.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

No, however Missoula is very Uber and Lyft friendly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

If you are using a GPS or an app map, please type in Heritage Hall Missoula and it will give you directions. The physical address is 30 Fort Missoula Road, Missoula, MT 59804. We will also be putting signs out near the venue to help direct.

Due to the venue, please reach out to the bride or groom before making arrangements.

When is the RSVP deadline? How do I turn it in?

Please RSVP by August 26th, 2021. You may respond by mail or through this website.

Question

Can I take photos/videos of the wedding and post to social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage you to take photos and videos during the reception and post them to social media. However, we would like to have an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from using your cell phones. This way we can all enjoy the moment and allows our photographer to capture the best shots. Please use our hashtag #dancingwiththewulfs so we can keep track of all the fun you had at our wedding!
