When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVPs must be received no later than July 15th, 2025. We have to have final numbers to our vendors at this time. If no RSVP is received, it will be assumed that you are not able to make it, so please RSVP either way!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking guests to arrive by 4pm, as our ceremony will start at 430pm sharp!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list is limited to the people specifically listed on the invite. Due to space limitations, we weren't able to extend a plus one to everyone. If you have questions, please reach out.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate children specifically named on the invitation due to space and planning constraints.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do! Our food will be served buffet style, where you can add whichever ingredients you want to your meal. This will help our guests with allergens and preferences. We will offer gluten-free versions of our desserts, as well!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we have hired a bartending service for an open bar to start during the happy hour and run to the end of the night! We will offer two signature liquor drinks, red/white/rose wine choices, and beer for our guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Williams Farm offers a large gravel parking lot right at the venue with plenty of space for everyone. We will have the front row reserved for our elderly and handicapped guests who require assistance.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

For our jiu jitsu friends who are coming into town, we are hosting an Open Mat at our academy on Friday night before the wedding!
