When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask you respond no later than March 31st

Where do we select our meal?
Answer
The venue will be providing a buffet dinner. At the moment, we have not selected all the dishes. However, there will be options to suit all dietary restrictions including vegan/vegetarian and gluten free.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Please dress in semi-formal attire with warm summer colors. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes too!

Is there transportation?
Answer
We are not currently planning to have transportation to and from the venue With that said, we ask guests to drink responsibly or have a designated driver for the night 🤎 You may also consider scheduling an Uber or Lyft in advance Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight but must be picked up before 10 a.m. the next day

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
If all the room blocks at the DoubleTree are taken, or you do not wish to stay there, there are also many hotels located in Lancaster City. Reach out to Amy or Derek with any questions!

There will be ample parking at the venue with signs to help point you in the right direction
