The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM, as the venue will be closing the road leading to the building at exactly 4:20 and won’t allow entry again until the ceremony has ended. This is to help ensure there are no interruptions, as the road runs directly behind our outdoor ceremony space. Please plan accordingly—we’d be so disappointed for you to miss this special moment with us.
We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best formal attire - dark colors preferred. For men this means a suit and for women either midi or floor length dresses. No jeans or khakis and please avoid bright colors. Oh! and white ;) For reference our bridal party will be in espresso brown.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones are put away and silenced. It is important to us to have everyone fully present with us during this special time. After the ceremony, take as many pictures and videos as you want and please be sure to share them with us!
We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our close family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests and your formal invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
While we love your children, this will be an adult only ceremony and reception aside from our ring bearers. We greatly appreciate you making prior accommodations to attend our wedding!
As long as weather permits - our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with the reception to follow indoors.
The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "no". You will be missed, however we have to provide our total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we will not be accepting late RSVPs under any circumstances.

It is important for everyone to know that the road leading up to the venue is a winding, narrow road and encourage everyone to either use the transportation provided or carpool. After the ceremony, please be careful making your way back down if you are driving as there are no lights. Please take this into account when deciding how you will be getting to and from our venue! Don't say we didn't warn you!
There is a parking lot directly next to our venue.
Dinner will be served buffet style and our entrees will include gorgonzola and spinach stuffed chicken, beef brisket and a crab stuffed flounder. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to Derek or Allison.
We have reserved a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express (Mohney/Chester Wedding) which is 10 minutes from the Venue - Our code "MHW” will give you the discounted rate. We also encourage everyone to look into the cabins in the Hocking Hills area, just be sure to check how far the cabin is from our venue.
Just an heads up that Ubers are not very active in this area so please plan accordingly.
