Question

When and where do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our wedding website by October 1st, 2024. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

I can't attend all events- is that okay?

Answer

Of course! Come when you can- just don't forget to RSVP "no" to events you won't be attending so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow enough time to park and walk in. Our ceremony will begin at 3:00pm and we will not allow late entry into the ceremony.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be happening on the first floor. The bar area and bathrooms are also located on the first floor. There is a longer walk into the venue from the parking lot and front door drop off will not be available.

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is not a dress code for our big day, but we would love to see our guests dressed up! Our wedding colors include emerald green, black, blush, and burgundy if you would like to color coordinate. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be happening inside and there will be a small coat room available. Please plan accordingly.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to space restrictions we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to space restrictions we will only be allowing a limited of children. If your child is invited they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

While gifts are not expected, we have registered with Zola and Amazon. Links to both registries can be found on our website under the "Registry" tab.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use cellphones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After we say "I do" we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will be serving refreshments and light hors d'oeuvres. We will begin to take our seats for dinner at 5:30pm.

What if I have certain dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you RSVP for the dinner portion of our big day on the website there will be an option to add any dietary restrictions you may have. We have chosen a menu with our caterer that allows for gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian eaters.

Will overnight parking be available?

Answer

Yes! The venue will allow overnight parking. If you will be staying at the Cobblestone Suites in Pulaski, we will have a limo service available to shuttle guests back to the hotel from 8pm-11:30pm. Please have vehicles picked up by 10am the following day.

Is overnight camping permitted?

Answer

Our venue has three available spots with electric hookups available for $100/night on a first come first serve basis. Please contact our venue directly at info@barnatsunsetacres.com to reserve.
