Shuttle
Shuttle from both hotels
October 10, 2025 3:15 pm - 11:00 pm
There will be a shuttle service from both hotels to the Atrium for the cocktail hour/reception and a return back to hotels at the end of the evening. Shuttle starts and loads at Downtown Hilton at 3:15 pm and departs at 3:30 pm. Shuttle then loads at Holiday Inn Southwest at 3:45 pm and departs at 4:00 pm to head to the Atrium. There will be one evening shuttle that loads at the Atrium venue at 11:00 pm back to hotels.
