What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire - we want you to be comfortable but festive

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 in the evening, so please arrive no later than 5:15.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes- There will be a complimentary shuttle for hotel guests to the venue. Departure time for The English Inn will be at 4pm and departure from Courtyard By Marriott will be at 4:15pm. There will be a shuttle returning to the hotels after the dinner service and then again at the end of the night.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue behind the tasting room

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue just asks that you pick up your vehicle no later than noon the following day.

Yes, we have room blocks available at The English Inn of Charlottesville and at the Courtyard by Mariott Charlottesville. Please click on the "Travel" tab for a link.
