When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can expect to receive your official invitation around May 2026. We’d be grateful if you could RSVP promptly once it arrives. The RSVP deadline is September 1st, 2026 If your address has changed in the last six months, please send us your updated information so we can make sure your invitation reaches you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, there is a dress code. We kindly ask that guests come dressed in cocktail attire in winter colors such as burgundy, dark green, dark purple, or other rich seasonal hues. Ladies are encouraged to wear longer dresses, and gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a guest is listed on your invitation, they are warmly welcomed! If you do not see a guest listed when you RSVP, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing anyone who is not included on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome to join us for both the ceremony and the reception. If your little ones are included on your RSVP, we would love for them to celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly recommend that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow ample time for parking, seating, and settling in before the ceremony begins.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors, followed by outdoor dancing.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For your convenience, The Westin will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue for guests staying at the hotel. We encourage you to take advantage of this shuttle service so everyone can travel safely and enjoy the celebration.

Will there be a open bar?

Answer

We’re happy to share that there will be an open bar. Enjoy a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails as we toast, dance, and celebrate together. Please remember to drink responsibly and plan for safe transportation at the end of the evening.
