We want this to be your getaway, not just ours. Since the wedding reception is next to the ocean at night, all guests must be 18+.

We are arriving on Wednesday, March 4th.

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked we've set up a registry link at the top of this page with all the details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30pm so you can grab your seat before the ceremony. The hotel grounds are large and the beach front is over 1 mile long, so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time to walk. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.

Is there a dress code?

ALL WHITE! Please wear all white beach attire to the ceremony and reception.

How should I get to the hotel from the airport?

Answer

We recommend booking your transportation before you travel. The resort has an option to book a shuttle at the same time as you book your room.

Which hotel should I stay at?

Answer

All 5 hotels within the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort are spectacular! You may stay at any option you choose! If you stay at Barcelo Maya Caribe, Tropical, Colonial, or Beach, you will have access to all 4 hotels. If you stay at the Palace, you will have access to all 4 hotels previously mentioned, as well as access to the Palace.
