Consider checking out Airbnbs in the area! There are lots of charming and convenient places to stay nearby. The city of La Quinta would be the best nearby city, about 15 min from the venue.
Flight
The closest airport to La Quinta is the Palm Springs International Airport, just a 30 minute drive. A second option would be the Ontario International Airport, which is about a 1.5hr drive.
