We have a block of rooms at the Delta, which is an all-suite hotel closest to the venue, at $309/night with a 2-night minimum. It is a Marriott brand hotel. (You can access our block reservation by clicking "View" below.) We strongly recommend looking into Air BnB and VRBO for homes along the Shore Drive corridor. There are even some rental homes on the beach that would fit a couple of families. If you go this route. we recommend staying in neighborhoods between Pleasure House Rd and Great Neck Rd on either side of Shore Drive (Rt 60). The VB oceanfront is about a 20-25 minute drive from the venue, but there are lots of hotels down there. Hotels in Town Center VB and adjoining the Norfolk International Airport may offer better rates since they are not by a beach, and are each about 15 minutes away.

Flight

Norfolk International

Norfolk International Airport (airport code ORF) is only ~15 minutes from our neighborhood and the venue. We recommend carrying on if possible, or be prepared for a long wait at baggage claim. Otherwise we love ORF! You will also be able to Uber or get a cab if you don't want to rent a car. If you decide to fly into Richmond or another airport, keep in mind that they are to our west, which will require you to drive through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, which almost always has anywhere between "some" and "heavy" traffic. There's currently construction going on on the west side of the tunnel as they're preparing to switch traffic to the new, wider, bridge.
