We have a hotel block at the Crowne Plaza in Suffern, NY. This includes transportation to and from the wedding venue. Feel free to book other places; however, the arranged shuttles will only be traveling here. You can call directly at 845-357-4800 and requesting the Group Code PMW

Flight

NYC - All Airports

NYC has three main airports that can be used for flights. EWR will provide you access to NJ Transit and Rental Car agencies. When flying into Newark (EWR), you can avoid NYC traffic if you remain on the New Jersey side of the Hudson for most of the travel. JFK and LGA also offer flights and access to Rental Car agencies; however, all rental cars will need to drive through New York in order to reach the wedding venue.

Train

MetroNorth Railroad, Suffern Station

MetroNorth/NJ Transit are commuter train lines that will take you directly from New York/Penn Station to Suffern where the hotel is located. You can then either take an Uber/Lyft or the Hudson Link bus service to the Hotel.

Shuttle

Shuttle Service

March 7, 2020 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm

There will be several shuttles that will deliver guests to and from the hotel. Two shuttles will leave for the wedding at 3:30, one shuttle will leave at 3:40, and the last shuttle will leave at 3:45. Leaving the wedding, one shuttle will leave promptly at 10:30, while the remaining shuttles will leave after the reception ends. Please let us know if you have any questions about travel.
