The shuttle schedule will be as follows: Depart from Residence Inn by Marriott (125 N Pattee St, Missoula, MT) at 3:30 p.m. Arrive at Venue at 4:30 p.m. Depart from Bitterroot River Inn (139 Bitterroot Plaza Dr, Hamilton, MT) at 5:00 p.m. Arrive at venue at 5:15 p.m. The shuttle will depart from the venue at 11:00 p.m. and transport guests to the Bitterroot River Inn (Hamilton). The shuttle will depart from the venue at 11:30 p.m. and transport guests to the Residence Inn by Marriott (Missoula). We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to the pick up locations. Uber is available in Missoula (to get to and from the pick up/drop off locations), but it is not easy to get from Missoula to Corvallis via Uber. The shuttle will be a yellow school bus.

Following the cocktail hour dinner will be served followed by dancing.
