Can we get to the wedding site without a car?

Answer

The closest you can get is by using the Metra Union Pacific North (UP-North) line and getting off at Ravinia (1 mile from Rosewood Beach) or Highland Park (1.9 miles). Then walk, use a rideshare or catch a ride with another guest. That's all very doable, but please bear in mind that Sunday trains are infrequent.
