When should I RSVP?

Please formally RSVP on our website by September 1st.

Can I bring a plus one or any additional guests?
Answer
We kindly ask you only bring a guest if they have been named on your invite.

Are children welcome?

As much as we enjoy spending time with your kids, we are keeping this a 21+ event.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi formal (suit and tie for men, midi or knee length dresses for women (or longer if that's your vibe). Charter Oak has a strict no denim or jeans policy.

Will there be transportation?
Answer
There will be transportation to and from the reception venue. Buses will pick up and drop off guests at the AC Marriot Hotel. Buses will leave the hotel at 4:15pm, and will leave the venue at 10pm. There will not be an early departure option. Please be in the lobby around 4-4:10pm so the buses can leave on time. There will not be transportation provided to and from the ceremony. Holy Cross has multiple parking lots on campus and is a 10 minute drive from the reserved hotels. We ask that you either drive to and from the ceremony or take an Uber or Lyft. If you are coming from out of town and would like to carpool with other guests, please let us know!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 2pm. It is advised to be at the church 15 minutes before the start of mass. Holy Cross is a very hilly campus, please allow enough time to walk from your parking spot to the chapel.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are requesting a phone free ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos in the church. We would like all our guests to be fully present during the ceremony!

Where should I park at Holy Cross?
Answer
Loyola lot is the closest to the chapel. If using GPS, put in "Loyola Hall" 1 College St, Worcester MA. This will bring you to the college via McKeon Road, and the parking lot is to the left of the gate. Once parked, walk back towards the entry gate and bear left. Straight ahead will be the chapel.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, parking is available at the venue. If you are unable to drive home at the end of the night, you can keep your car parked overnight!
